APPLICATION
The Halogen Ol' Reliable HLP-001 Series of fixtures are ideal
on machines that flood the work area with coolants and heavy misting
operations, heavy vibration, and high levels of flying metal objects.
The Halogen HLP-001 Series fixtures are dustproof and coolant/vibration
resistant. Their reliability has been field proven for over
a decade. These fixtures have been successfully used in heavy-duty
press (stamping) operations.
The HLP-001 Series operates with an external 12 or 24 volt transformer
or can be wired directly to the 12 or 24 volt outlet in the machine
control panel. Operator safety is enhanced under this low voltage
12 or 24 volt system and bulb life is also maximized.
SUPERIOR FEATURES
- 5" light head provides intense lighting
quality and accurate light disbursement to work area.
- Superior chip-resistant tempered glass lenses offer
maximum safety to operator. No protective guards are needed. These
lenses offer maintenance free operation and ease of cleaning.
We recommend that you compare the quality and durability of our
chip-resistant lenses with all others in the industry.
The large T-bar handle provides easy positioning. Once positioned,
each fixture will withstand tough coolant and vibration environments
without movement. Up to 5 points of adjustment. Base offers 320
degree swivel. Extremely accurate light disbursement.
- Minimal heat generation to the external casing
of the fixture. This allows the operator to adjust the light to
the work area without hazard to himself.
- Fixtures ship standard with 70 watt/24 volt
bulbs. Will accommodate 100, 55, and 20 watt lamps/ bulbs.
If a 12 volt fixture is required, a 12 volt bulb will need to
be ordered and replaced.
- Made of extruded anodized aluminum and come standard
with 6 feet of SJT oil-resistant cable.
