ln addition to all the high quality features available in
the HLP-001 Series, the HLP-002 Series features a highly efficient
24/110 volt electronic transformer built into the lower arm.
This fixture can be directly connected to a 110 AC power source.
APPLICATIONS
The HLP-002 Series offers coolant and lubricand resistant
heads only. These fixtures should be utilized in applications
that have a 110 volt power source and a low volume of
coolant. For heavy coolant applications use Tough Guy
2000 series.
SUPERIOR FEATURES
- A 70 watt 24 volt bulb comes standard in
this Series.
- 5" light head offers intense
lighting quality to the work area.
- Superior chip-resestant tempered glass
lenses offer maximum safety to operator and maintenance-free
operation.
- Large T-bar handle provides easy positioning
and operator safety.
- Five points of adjustment. Base offers
320 degree swivel.
- Minimal heat generation to the external
casing of the fixture. The T-bar handle allows the operator
to adjust the light to the work area without hazard to
himself.
- Made of extruded anodized aluminum and
comes standard with 6 feet of high quality (16 gauge,
3 conductor) SJT oil-resistant cable.
- Ideal for tooling set-ups.
Lamps/bulbs rated average life is 2500-3000 hours.
