The Series 900 design was created to offer exceptional functionality as well as withstand the harshest machine and industrial environment using heavy coolants and liquids. This waterproof fixture is virtually shatterproof even in the most hostile environments such as vibration, coolants and liquids, dust, and flying metal debris.

Two standard clamps keep moisture and vapor from entering the head cavity.

FLUORESCENT HEAD

The head of the fixture is made of shatterproof acrylic casing offering maximum operator safety while protecting the bulb - even in the most abusive machine and industrial environments. The 13 watt, 4100 degree Kelvin bulb provides exceptionally bright natural white light over a wide surface area eliminating shadowing in the work area. The defusing reflector shields and protects the operator's eyes while directing and focusing light. The 10-1/2 inch globe allows the fixture to be mounted in a small area while producing pure white illumination. The rugged durability withstands abuse even in the harshest environments. Our exceptional quality has been field tested for maximum reliability.

The Series 900 is extremely versatile offering a "stay-in-place" dual goosenecks and waterproof fluorescent fixture, giving it the ability to be mounted and adjusted to suit any application. Such phenomenal quality is only found at Halogen Lighting Products.

The fixture draws .11 amps. It has 6-feet of oil-resistant wiring that will not erode in heavy oil and coolant applications. The instant start technology offers immediate light. The standard off-the-shelf bulbs can be found easily anywhere in the world. The base of the series 900 is fluted, offering a simple and effective way of mounting the fixture to a machine or table.

GOOSENECK OPTIONS

The dual offering of "stay in place" neck systems are designed to offer both maximum flexibility and positioning and yet the durability and longevity that holds the light in position virtually forever, despite the demand of repositioning the light source.

HLP-900 uses a taut co-axial cable system for maximum positioning movement. The co-axial neck is covered with PVC, offering an oil-resistant cover, keeping the light dry and it will not erode over time with the use of oil and lubricants.

HLP-900-20 is designed with highly efficient plastic beads that hold the light in position virtually forever. The strength of the positioning beads will not loosen over time. This same beaded gooseneck system is used on the Halogen HLP-005 Series and are well liked.

BASE

The base of the Series 900 design is the same watertight base used and fieldtested over the past five years in our superior "Tough Guy 1000 and 2000 Series" halogen fixtures. The base used in the Series 900 is made of anodized aluminum that will not rust over time and is waterproof. The watertight base houses the expensive ballast protecting your investment from the most abusive industrial machine environments
